Welcome to Willow class

We are a class of Year 1 and Year 2 children who love learning. We have fun topics and love going on school trips. 

Look out for pictures of our topic work on this page. 

P.E will be on Mondays and Fridays, this half term, so please make sure all your P.E kit is in school and all items must be named. 

Library day is Tuesday. 

Please try and read with your child every day, if you can, and sign their reading record so that they can enter the Reading Raffle. If their name is pulled out they receive 3 stars to add to their star chart. 

Spellings will be given out on a Friday and tested the following Thursday. Spellings are available on this page and Google Classroom along with the creative homework tasks. 

You will also see Year 1 and 2 end of year expectations attached below, along with the lists of words children are expected to be able to read and spell by the end of the year.
